IDENTITY VERIFICATION POLICY

This Identity Verification Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Social Cues Terms of Use & Booking Agreement (the “Agreement”).
1. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
All Bookings are subject to the identity and age verification requirements established by Social Cues.
No Booking will be confirmed until all required verification procedures have been successfully completed.
The Client completing verification must be the individual responsible for the Booking and shall remain responsible for the Booking throughout the Rental Period.
Unless otherwise approved by Social Cues in writing, the Client must be present at the Venue throughout the Rental Period.
Failure to comply with this Policy or cooperate with reasonable verification requests may result in denial of entry, suspension of Venue access, cancellation of the Booking, removal of Guests, denial of future Bookings, or other remedies available under the Agreement.
2. THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION
Social Cues utilizes a third-party identity verification provider, currently Didit (Didit.me), to assist with identity and age verification.
Verification may require the submission of:
• Government-issued identification;
• A live selfie or facial scan;
• Camera access or other device permissions; and
• Additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity and eligibility.
Use of any verification provider is governed by that provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and data-processing practices.
Social Cues may change verification providers at any time without prior notice.
3. BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION
Where biometric verification is required, Client expressly consents to the collection, processing, storage, and retention of biometric information by the third-party verification provider solely for purposes of identity and age verification.
Client acknowledges and agrees that:
• Social Cues does not collect biometric identifiers;
• Social Cues does not store biometric information;
• Social Cues does not retain biometric information;
• Social Cues receives only verification results and eligibility determinations; and
• All biometric processing is performed exclusively by the verification provider.
4. FRAUD PREVENTION
Social Cues may deny, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Booking where Social Cues reasonably determines that:
• identification documents are fraudulent, altered, stolen, expired, misleading, or otherwise invalid;
• information submitted during verification is inaccurate or inconsistent;
• verification requirements have not been completed;
• identity cannot be reasonably confirmed;
• fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback risk is present; or
• legal, safety, operational, insurance, or security concerns exist.
Submission of fraudulent or altered identification documents may also result in denial of future Bookings and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or other governmental authorities.
5. ALTERNATIVE VERIFICATION
Where available, Social Cues may permit alternative verification procedures.
Alternative verification methods are offered solely at Social Cues’ discretion and may require:
• additional identification documents;
• proof of address;
• payment verification;
• manual identity review;
• live video verification; or
• other reasonable fraud-prevention measures.
Alternative verification may delay Booking approval.
Social Cues is under no obligation to offer an alternative verification method.
6. ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Social Cues may request supplemental identification, documentation, or verification information where reasonably necessary to:
• investigate fraud;
• verify Booking information;
• investigate payment disputes or chargebacks;
• satisfy insurance requirements;
• comply with legal obligations; or
• protect persons, property, or business operations.
Failure to cooperate with reasonable verification requests may result in denial, cancellation, suspension, or termination of a Booking.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL
Successful completion of identity verification does not constitute:
• approval of a Booking;
• confirmation of Venue availability;
• approval of any specific event; or
• eligibility for future Bookings.
Social Cues reserves the right to approve or decline any Booking request in its sole discretion and in accordance with the Agreement.
