We can’t wait to welcome you! Please check all available private venues here – choose the vibe and location you like and see what days and times it is available. Go to the booking system and select the time slot you want to reserve, pay online and receive a confirmation email with a digital code and instructions to get in. Show up on time & have fun! By the way, we are BYOB/F friendly so don’t forget to grab some party favorites on the way.
You are welcome to reserve the space at any time – just click “Book Now” on the website and check availability for the locations you are interested in. The reservation process is digital and very simple, just choose a preferred payment method and complete your booking. Once it is confirmed you will receive an email with an access code for the venue selected: enter it on the lock and you are in, the rest is history – enjoy!
A 4-digit code will be sent to you via email 2 hours prior to your reservation. All you need is to enter it on the door lock when you arrive. Unfortunately not, we do not accept cash for any bookings. All reservations must be made via our booking system and paid online.
Reservations can only be made by an individual age 21+. Persons under 18 years of age require supervision of a parent or legal guardian on-site should they be in attendance.
Absolutely, the access code provided for your reservation is valid during the time of your booking. You are welcome to step out at any time, just remember to use the same code in order to get back in. If you are coming with a group of friends, do not forget to share the magic 4-digit number with them
We always recommend at least a 2-hour minimum when booking the venue. No one knows you and your crowd better so be realistic about your average hangout time. You always have an opportunity to extend the reservation if the space is available, however be aware that most of the time the space will be booked right before and after. If your instincts tell you a 3-hour window is sufficient, be proactive and get that extra hour just in case.
We do not offer any refunds but we understand the plans may change so you will have an option to reschedule to another day and time of the same value if notice is provided 30 days prior. Please contact our reservations team, call/text 718.550.3553 or send an email to info@socialcues.com and we will resolve this for you in a timely manner.
Please note, Social Cues is not responsible for any items you or your guests may leave behind. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken all of your personal property at the end of your booking. Any items left behind may be discarded.
All Social Cues venues are equipped with a smart control. Connect to the Wi-Fi once you are on-site and follow the instructions displayed in the venue that will help you navigate and take advantage of all features. You can cast music and videos directly from your phone; control TV, volume and lights with your voice; use a Hub and an iPad that are set at each location to stream content from complimentary apps. In case you are having issues, Social Cues is a phone call away!
Venues are not designed to accommodate a seated function/seated dinner type events. If you rent a couple of foldable tables and/or a few additional chairs, the drop-off and pick-up would need to be scheduled with the rental company within the confirmed booking window. Please note, if the rental items are left in the venue after the end time of your booking, they will be discarded.
