We can’t wait to welcome you! Please check all available private venues here – choose the vibe and location you like. Rates are dependent on the venue, day of the week and number of guests. Submit an inquiry with our sales team, pay online and receive a confirmation email with a digital code and instructions to get in. Show up on time & have fun! By the way, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverage so don’t forget to grab some party favorites on the way.
The venues are for private gatherings only, they are not open to the public for walk-ins.
To make a reservation click on the “SUBMIT AN INQUIRY” button on the website and answer the questions to receive hourly rates. You can then check availability but submitting and inquiry with our sales team.

A 4-digit code will be sent to you via email 2 hours prior to your reservation. All you need is to enter it on the door lock when you arrive. Unfortunately not, we do not accept cash for any bookings. All reservations must be made via our sales team and through our booking system with a credit or debit card.
Reservations can only be made by an individual age 21+ and they must be on-site for the entire duration of the booking. Persons under 18 years of age require supervision of a parent or guardian on-site should they be in attendance.

Absolutely, the access code provided for your reservation is valid during the time of your booking. You are welcome to step out at any time, just remember to use the same code in order to get back in. If you are coming with a group of friends, do not forget to share the magic 4-digit number with them
There is a 3 hour minimum requirement on Monday – Thursday bookings and a 5 hour minimum requirement on Friday – Sunday bookings.
If you wish to extend, please let us know and we will be happy to look into availability and see if the extension is possible.
We do not offer any refunds but we understand the plans may change so you will have an option to reschedule to another day and time of the same value if notice is provided 30 days prior. Please contact our sales team, call/text 718.550.3553 or send an email to info@socialcues.com and we will resolve this for you in a timely manner.
Please note, Social Cues is not responsible for any items you or your guests may leave behind. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken all of your personal property at the end of your booking. Any items left behind may be discarded.
All Social Cues venues are equipped with a smart control. Connect to the Wi-Fi once you are on-site and follow the instructions displayed in the venue that will help you navigate and take advantage of all features. You can cast music and videos directly from your phone; control TV, volume and lights with your voice; use a Hub and an iPad that are set at each location to stream content from complimentary apps. In case you are having issues, Social Cues is a text or phone call away!
There is a iPad in the venue preloaded with ad-free YouTube and YouTube music. Music is casted to Social Cues TV and our in-house sound system.
You can also use your own device by connecting to our Wi-Fi and using any app that is compatible with Chromecast including YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify, Pandora and Tidal. (Note Apple music is NOT compatible)
The TV and sound system operate via Chromecast which is NOT compatible with Apple Music.
Most other major music apps are compatible with Chromecast including YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify, Pandora and Tidal.
Venues are not designed to accommodate a seated function/seated dinner type events. If you rent a couple of foldable tables and/or a few additional chairs, the drop-off and pick-up would need to be scheduled with the rental company within the confirmed booking window. Please note, if the rental items are left in the venue after the end time of your booking, they will be discarded.
There is no smoking allowed inside of any Social Cues private lounge including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookah, 420. All venues have direct access to the sidewalk so it is easy for people to step outside and come right back if they wish to smoke 🙂

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage. Social Cues private lounges do not provide food or drink service inside the venues.
There is an ice bucket in each location for you to use during your reservation. Ice is not provided and will need to be brought in by you.
We do not allow DJ’s or external speakers.
There are a few ways to play music as all venues are equipped with Chromecast so you can cast directly from your phone to our sound system using YouTube, Pandora, Spotify or any app that is compatible with Chromecast as long as you are on our complimentary WiFi; alternatively you can use the iPad located in the venue that is loaded with premium music and video apps ad-free and you can cast from it to the sound system – the iPad is effectively your remote control 🙂

Social Cues private lounges are booked by the hour so any setup / breakdown needs to happen within the hours booked.
When you submit an inquiry the sales team will send 360 degree tours so you can do a virtual walkthrough of the venue. We do not provide in person tours.
